The tragic events of killings, and terrorism which caught all Americans off guard again happened again in Boston, Mass. on Patriots Day.

Again, we are faced with terror in our streets, not just from major crime from criminals, but yet again by people who are committed to harm large masses of people, such as last week in Boston. But, Americans re-acted differently than 9/ll. The different agencies from the local government to the top of the government all acted in concert to catch the criminals. We now must also acknowledge, that we are more than 10 years out from the 9/ll terror, which killed and maimed so many thousands of people. A huge difference is the pride we need to acknowledge of our governmental agencies all working together. Also, we now also must admit, that nobody should fool themselves. We are all being photographed or videoed. Everyone has a cellphone, or a camera, or video, and many of our buildings are equipped with cameras, to thwart the threats of life in 2013.

The commitment of the Boston Community to adhere advice from officials to stay off the streets in a lock down, in addition to the various agencies putting pictures gathered from various means, plus the magnificent cooperation of various governmental agencies is a tribute to how far we have come in shutting things down.
